
The POWER VERTICAL programs were developed in 2004 in South New Jersey. They were established with the vision and goal to provide athletes of many different sports with cutting edge, and comprehensive vertical leap and agility training methods.
The methods used have been developed over 30 years, and combine the knowledge of many of the great academics and trainers in the field. The past years have seen the program grow from a simple one man operation to a world renowned training method used by athletes in all 50 US states and 11 other countries throughout the world.
POWER VERTICAL can increase vertical jump five to twelve inches, lower speed in the 40-yard dash by two tenths of a second, and improve total body strength and flexibility.
